At the Bat Specialists of Michigan we stand behind our work and guarantee our bat exclusions and bird exclusions for five years. We understand that wildlife will always try to return and if the proper wildlife proofing is done the wildlife will regain entry. Bats and birds will not try to chew their way back into your attic or home. If there isn't a preexisting opening already there they will not return. It has been studied that bats will try to regain entry into their previous roosting sites for up to five years. This is why we guarantee our bat removal work and back it with a five year warranty. Lesser warranties just aren't sufficient enough, because bats are constantly trying to get back into there previous living areas. The reason we back all of our bat removal and bird control jobs is because we believe our repairs on your home will not allow the wildlife to return.
Unlike birds or bats, squirrels, mice, rats, raccoons will gain entry into your home or attic by chewing, gnawing, or tearing new openings. If we repair any existing hole we can guarantee the wild animal will not return, however if they create a new opening this is out of our control. For example if we trap a nest of squirrels from your attic and then 3 months later a new nest moves into your attic by chewing a hole this is out of our control. Our service fees are all warranted for 1 year, so you will not be required to pay an additional service fee, but may be required to pay animal removal fees and repairs to keep the unwanted critter out. Other related instances that could void the warranty is new roofs, water damage, new siding, or any other construction that damages our repairs.
