An Introduction to Our Services

We specialize in bat removal and are experts on big brown and little brown bats. Once an animal has entered your house, they will often leave extensive damage. We can prevent this damage from happening again by doing live exclusions. We also do many small repairs, such as screening gable vents, blocking off eves, repairs on ridge vents, installing chimney caps, etc. Once the damage is created, animals will often leave a large mess. We can also provide full service attic restorations. Brown bats do great damage to attics. They leave large amounts of guano in your attic that can become a great health risk and also do structual damage to your attic framing and insulation.

No matter the attic invader we can help take care of your attic pest by trapping, prevention, or exclusion work.  Besides rodents or vermin getting into your attic, we also get rid of birds and once we even had to deal with milk snakes in the attic.  
  • Attic Restoration: Bat guano removal, raccoon damage control, and bird nest removal is another one of our specialties.  We decontaminate your attic by removing all of the animal waste and insulation from your attic. After the removal we sanitize and deodorize your attic. We can even re-insulate your attic to the proper R value. 
  • Bat Bugs: If you have problem with bats in the attic, you may have a problem with bat bugs. 
  • Bat Houses: Installing bat houses on your property could give bats and alternative living area once the bats are excluded from your house.  It won't solve your problem, but bats are beneficial to our environment, so they are good to keep around.
